Dr. Christine Rosenbloom (Professor emeritus of nutrition at Georgia State University) is a nutritionist I highly respect who I’ve previously mentioned. She and her husband Dr. Bob Murray (an exercise physiologist) co-authored the excellent book Food and Fitness After 50.
Together they have launched a new blog “A to Z….Simple, Practical, Science-Based Tips for a Long Healthy Life” (go to https://www.chrisrosenbloom.com/ and click on “A to Z blog” in the top menu. I love the simple concise format and the first two posts “A is for Alcohol” and “S is for Soy” were superb. Highly recommended!
