You can, thanks to this Tiramisu Mug Cake recipe with Café Latte Shakeology.

All you need is an egg, applesauce, Shakeology, mascarpone cheese, cocoa powder, a splash of rum extract for a little sass, and you’ve got a delicately divine mug cake.

Pro tip: To make this mug cake in an oven, preheat your oven to 375° F (190 °C) and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Ingredients

Nonstick cooking spray1 large egg½ cup / 120 g unsweetened applesauce1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder¼ tsp. rum extract1 Tbsp. mascarpone cheese

Instructions

Coat the inside of a microwave-safe mug with spray. 
Add egg to mug; lightly beat with fork. Add applesauce, Shakeology, cocoa powder, and extract; stir until well incorporated.   
Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with mascarpone cheese. Serve warm.
