This tropical smoothie bowl with Strawberry Shakeology tastes like a sunny beach holiday.

Ingredients
1 cup / 240 ml unsweetened coconut milk beverage1 cup / 170 g ice1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology¼ cup / 50 g frozen pineapple chunks1 tsp. finely grated lemon peel (lemon zest)½ tsp. pure coconut extract¼ large banana, sliced¼ cup / 40 g sliced strawberries3 unsalted macadamia nuts, chopped2 tsp. shredded coconut1 tsp. chia seeds
Instructions
Place coconut milk, ice, Shakeology, pineapple, lemon peel, and extract in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a shallow bowl. Top with banana, strawberries, macadamia nuts, coconut, and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
